COVID-19 Health & Safety Procedures
Prior to your appointment:
There is now a mandatory pre-screening questionnaire online when you book, as well
as with any reminders, and you will be asked when you arrive for your appointment.
Should you develop any symptoms between booking and appointment time, please
let me know as soon as possible as we must reschedule.
When you arrive, please park and text 780-940-0002. I will text you to let you know
when to come in to practice social distancing from other patients. (You can now
come in through the back gate and go directly downstairs to the treatment room).
When possible, please arrive on your own.

Please use hand sanitizer provided inside the door upon entering.
Your therapist will wear a mask at all times.
You are required to wear a mask at all times.
Please wash your hands after your appointment.
Behind the scenes:
Linens, blankets and anything used on the table will be sanitized with a bleach and
laundry detergent solution.
All surfaces (table, oil containers, pillows, door handles, light switches, etc.) will be
disinfected with a medical grade disinfectant between appointments.
Patients will be asked to remain in their vehicles until the prior patient has left to
practice proper social distancing.
