What is it?

Assisted Stretch Therapy is a table-based, guided session where I assist you through a series of customized stretches targeting your muscles and fascia.

Utilizing proven techniques like:

  • PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation);

  • Fascial Stretch Therapy;

  • Active/Passive Joint Mobilizations;

we can increase your flexibility, ease tension, reduce pain, and improve how your body feels and functions.

Who is it for?

Assisted Stretch Therapy is ideal for:

  • Desk workers or drivers with tight hips, low backs or necks;

  • Athletes or weekend warriors;

  • Busy parents or caregivers carrying tension;

  • Aging people with less mobility;

  • Anyone feeling stiff, achy, or out of sync with their body.

You don’t have to be “flexible” or someone who does Yoga to do this - that's the whole point of booking: to help you get more mobile and flexible with a little help!
