What is it?
Assisted Stretch Therapy is a table-based, guided session where I assist you through a series of customized stretches targeting your muscles and fascia.
Utilizing proven techniques like:

PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation);

Fascial Stretch Therapy;

Active/Passive Joint Mobilizations;
we can increase your flexibility, ease tension, reduce pain, and improve how your body feels and functions.

Who is it for?
Assisted Stretch Therapy is ideal for:
